Community Health Improvement Plan 2025

I’ve worked with Adams County for several years, designing their annual recovery plan along with tri-fold brochures and various marketing materials. In 2024, I began collaborating with the Adams County Health Department (ACHD).

As lead designer, I was tasked with transforming 60+ pages of content into an engaging, easy-to-follow, and visually compelling report—all while adhering to established brand guidelines. This project required balancing readability with a sense of energy and visual interest, ensuring that even text-heavy pages remained dynamic and engaging. It was a rewarding, full-scale design challenge that combined structure with creativity.
